Davis Roberts is my most recent trainee. He ran track while in college but hadn't done any road racing for many years. When he started training with Runningbuff, he found a new lease on his running life. Davis has completed 6 marathons in 6 years and is training for number 7 at the Sun Trust Richmond Marathon in Richmond,V.A. on Nov. 10,2012. Davis has also improved on his 5 and 10k times.
