I have over 30 years of experience in road racing. I've competed in all distances from 5ks to marathons.I'm currently on pace to complete my 100th marathon in May 2013. I am a RRCA Certified Long Distance Running Coach,Assist. Track Coach @ Rappahannock High School in Warsaw,VA .I also coach the Warsaw,VA YMCA Ukrops Monument Ave 10K Team. I will devise a training plan geared toward your goals and needs. I believe in hands on training. I will be running with you every step of the way. My fee is $50 per 90 min. session.
